Permit Central Cleveland resells nothing but convenience: we read public building-permit records published by Cleveland-area municipalities, tag them with likely follow-on trades, and email you the ones in your ZIP codes.

• Tags are guesses. They indicate possible follow-on work, not confirmed jobs or available contracts.
• Data is as published. Municipal sources make no claims as to accuracy, timeliness or completeness, and neither do we. Issue dates are theirs. Some cities publish weekly.
• Billing. $99/month, cancel anytime from settings. 30-day guarantee: if you do not land a lead from the list within 30 days of your first payment, request a refund in settings and we refund that payment in full and cancel.
• Use. Contact homeowners lawfully. Respect do-not-knock and do-not-call rules. Do not resell the data.
